AIRSTEP Cortex gives you full hands-free control of the Nano Cortex—with instant, latency-free switching of all 64 presets, toggle all five effect slots and the tuner, tap tempo, and Capture slots entirely from your feet.
No configuration or MIDI knowledge required. Simply power it on and it connects wirelessly to your Nano Cortex with rock-solid stability. It delivers deeper, more intuitive control than any MIDI foot controller, with real-time LED feedback auto-synced to your current effect on/off states, preset, bank, and tempo—something MIDI controllers simply cannot provide.
It offers two Control Schemes to match your workflow. Both include Preset Mode for switching presets, changing banks, tap tempo, and tuning. Control Scheme A pairs Preset Mode with Effect Mode for direct effect on/off control, while Control Scheme B pairs Preset Mode with Scene Mode to switch between predefined effect on/off combinations—all instantly from your feet. Control Schemes and Scene Mode effect on/off settings are configurable in the dedicated "AIRSTEP Cortex" app.
With AIRSTEP, your Nano Cortex becomes truly live-ready—like its big brother, but far more compact and portable.

Dual Expression Pedal Inputs
AIRSTEP Cortex features two expression pedal inputs that can control any parameter on your Nano Cortex in real time—volume, gain, wah, pitch, FX parameters, and more.
